Press release For Immediate Release June 17th, 2003 JUSTICE FOR LACI BUTTON TO BENEFIT CHARITY ORGANIZATION Anybuttons.com has produced a line of eight buttons focused on the Laci Peterson murder mystery. Proceeds from the sale of the flagship button, which features the JUSTICE FOR LACI slogan against a backdrop of the scales of justice, will be donated to the Carole Sund-Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation, which supports the families of missing people. The line of eight buttons also includes a button supportive of accused double-murderer Scott Peterson, who is in jail and awaiting trial for the murder of his wife and unborn son. The greater portion of slogan buttons, however, are somewhat less friendly to the cause of the man awaiting trial for the grisly double-homicide. The buttons were first offered on the Internet auction site eBay on June 14th, and by Monday morning, June 16th, the creators had been contacted by MSNBC and several other news organizations.
